Market Returning to 'Historical Norms'

Tom Stevens, NAR President, noted that the market is undergoing "normalization" which is "good for the long-term health of the industry."
Freddie Mac's chief economist believes the "housing market has begun a gradual and orderly revision toward historical norms."
